The responsibility for the correct receipt of the order, payment processing and dispatch of the goods lies exclusively with the profile owner/producer. Any complaints/complaints must therefore be addressed directly to the seller of the goods. The descriptions of the experience days do not constitute a guarantee that all points can be fulfilled, as different tasks are involved or different foodstuffs are used depending on the season. It is the responsibility of the buyer/consumer to clarify in advance with the seller/producer exactly what the experience day should look like. The contract is concluded between the seller (producer) and the user of the website (consumer). Mucca.ch is not a contracting party and acts exclusively as a platform operator.
For profile holders:
By registering and the resulting creation of a profile page, the user agrees to the terms of use. He agrees to the use and publication of the image and video material as well as his account details. When registering, each profile owner or seller of a product must confirm that he/she has created the uploaded media him/herself or owns the copyright. Therefore, Mucca.ch cannot be held liable for copyright infringements.The profile owner is aware that Mucca.ch, as an intermediary, accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any resulting consequences or cases of misuse. Those who offer tree sponsorships or milk subscriptions on their profile accept the uniform prices set by Mucca.ch. The profile owner has the right at any time to request changes or deletion of the profile using the contact details provided.
The costs for the creation of the profile (one-time CHF 90) as well as the annual fee for the selected package offer are to be paid within 30 days after reminder by e-mail. If a reminder is required, a reminder fee of CHF 5 will be charged. If the profile is deleted, no money will be refunded and a one-time fee of CHF 60 will be charged. If the deletion is not requested by 31 December at the latest, the annual fee for the year in question must be paid in full.
