The milk of our 100 goats is a real all-rounder. It is said to work against stress and strengthen the nerves. It is also said to have a positive effect on muscle growth and the skin and relieve the respiratory tract of asthmatics – an old household remedy that has been rediscovered. We sell it not only as a drink, but also in the form of cheese, butter or our hotly coveted ice cream. The selection of ice cream is huge and we are constantly adding new creations. They are simply delicious, digestible and unique. You can enjoy the fine ice cream and other delicious goat products directly at our car-free Blüemlisberg farm or at one of our sales partners. The farm is situated on the circular path around the Engelstock, which is easily accessible after a pleasant hike on the Sattel-Hochstuckli mountain railway.

We manufacture all our products according to the motto “Good for the goat – Good for our customers“. Animal welfare is our top priority. Sustainability in production and processing is also a matter close to our heart. For example, we largely rely on homeopathy instead of antibiotics for treatment. We do not use silage for our fodder and only use the herb-rich roughage from the farm at 1200 m above sea level. Although this contains less usable protein, the many essential oils have a positive effect on animal health and milk quality.

Only with happy animals can we produce high-quality food. Thanks to a great team on the farm and in the processing, we have the capacity and creativity in our small oasis to constantly create new products for our guests big and small.

By the way: Our cosy rooms can be booked for private or business occasions.

And from April to November you can enjoy a fine ice-cream or a glass of fresh goat’s milk every day on the Blüemliberg farm above Schwyz, in hiking weather and with the railway running.

We are looking forward to seeing you! Your Blüemlisberg team
